How They Kill
Medical death panels ration health care and kill off the vulnerable “burdens of society.” Scott talks not only about his personal experience with his family, but says the issues at hand in our hospitals are going to get much worse.
Stew introduced Scott by explaining how the government formed a charter group that is essentially a death panel.
Scott framed current events on “the prior death panel” from ObamaCare, that was passed into law on March 23, 2010. Scott explains,
The chief architect of ObamaCare was Ezekiel Emanuel. All the way back to 1996, he framed the death panels. So it’s no surprise that they’re happening but I want to give that historical context.

Scott quotes Ezekiel Emanuel in a 1996 comment,
Health care services provided to individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens are not basic and should not be guaranteed.
When Congress repealed the Death Panels in 2018, they only cut off one head: now it reared itself again through the Health and Human Services Secretary.
Scott explains,
… this was done “legally”, because of the declared “Public Health Emergency” (which is also decided by the Health and Human Services Secretary) has unlimited and legal authority to implement crazy agenda items. We know he’s already implemented Remdesivir, ventilators through the EUA, the FDA, the bioweapons…

Eventually, they will have to stop the Public Health Emergency. Scott believes they are preparing for that day by implementing the “New Death Panel”. This occurs through the Medicare Evidence Development & Coverage Advisory Committee:

My husband was Martin William Maclay. He was taken to St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula, MT against my wishes. He was denied life-saving treatment and killed by hospital protocol. I have read all 967 pages of his medical records, and there is no doubt in my mind that they murdered him for profit.
