This past week, we received confirmation that all defendants in our lawsuit were served notice on April 25. That means the hospital, the five doctors, and two nurses have until May 15 to respond to the court, by Wisconsin State statute. Stay tuned! Be sure to subscribe to GraceSchara.com to keep up to date on the case. Scott Schara, who has booked 51 interviews since the lawsuit dropped, continues to spread Grace’s story around the world!
In Whom Do You Trust?
As the lawsuit is currently in full swing and the patience game begins in earnest, it’s concerning to think where the medical freedom community puts its trust. Do we trust like-minded compatriots to validate our beliefs and actions? Do we turn to select high-profile doctors and scientists to guide us? Do we rely on celebrity activists, athletes, musicians, actors or even ministers to forge the path forward?
One of the things we’ve all questioned (and if you haven’t, you probably should) is who can you trust? If you’ve never been in a lawsuit, consider yourself blessed, as it’s stressful, costs a lot of time and money, and ultimately has an unknown outcome. Much like a marriage (that was a joke!)? Since we exposed the cause of Grace’s horrific death, it’s been hard to know where we can put our trust. People we’ve met along the way, while promising at first, have disappointed or abandoned us. This has likely occurred to you over the years as well. A new friendship or relationship comes along that appears to be the answer to what your life is missing, turns out to only burn you and leave you brokenhearted. But isn’t that more the norm rather than the exception?
When we seek a savior of this earth, we better prepare for disappointment because humans do human things, which includes letting one another down. The presidential election season recently began and there are things we can be excited about no matter who our preferred candidate is. But, when you assign them as a savior, you might as well condemn yourself because you’ve already ventured far off the path. Can an elected official make a difference in this world? Sure. Can they just as easily let you down? Absolutely! All human “saviors” will let you down.
Taking personal responsibility is the key, not only in your personal and professional life, but also in this fight against the medical industrial complex, tyranny, or whatever you’d like to label it. We have to stop looking to the other person to be that shining light when we can, and should, take it upon ourselves to do that. Be the beacon, like Grace was! Think about it – God has put you here at this exact time because you’re needed and valued and important. You have that talent He wants you to use to help mankind, but more importantly, to honor Him. Grace had a special relationship with Jesus, and she used her talent by sharing His love with the lives she touched. God is the only one who will never disappoint you! He may not give you everything you ask for because His plan is far greater than we can comprehend. Sometimes we don’t get what we ask for, and sometimes we lose loved ones. But that doesn’t mean God didn’t hear your prayers or that He doesn’t care about you.
Trust is difficult. There are many good people in this movement and some who can be trusted. All men will disappoint you, especially when looked upon as a savior. We already have that Savior – Jesus Christ. He’s given us direction, comfort, wisdom, and peace (to name a few) through the Torah, the Psalms, the Proverbs, the Gospels, and all the other books of the Bible that might be calling for you right now to read. Study them. If you feel like something is missing in your life, if you’re feeling that tug at your heart to find the Truth and discover true meaning for your life, open the Bible and see where the Holy Spirit leads you.
