Love, Loss, and Trusting God
A special message from the Schara Family
Happy Birthday Grace Emily!
We think about our dear Grace every day, but going down memory lane on her birthday was bittersweet. We asked the Lord to heal our broken hearts. Our ‘angel unaware’ would have been 21 years young if her precious life had not been taken.
Every hour on September 22nd, on several radio stations in our area, we and a supporting family honored Grace by having two unique messages play for her birthday, both can be heard below:
The Family Radio, 91.9 FM, 91.5 FM, 88.5 FM, 101.7 FM
Q90 Christian Truth Radio, 90.1 FM, 104.1 FM, 107.7 FM
We also wanted to share some of our favorite birthday memories with you over the years remembering our special girl:
“Travis and Dad singing Happy Birthday”
As you can see, Grace enjoyed a few Elvis birthdays, one in particular where her big brother Travis sang Happy Birthday in a deep Elvis voice - and Dad chimed in too (see video above). In fact, on her last birthday, Grace was pleasantly caught off guard with the surprise of an Elvis Impersonator, as she liked to properly say, "an Elvis Entertainment Artist" (see final video below).
“Grace loved her chewy mask”
She loved her Chewbacca birthday with Chewy skirt, mask, cake, and cupcakes (to treat others), so much so, that she wanted to impart that happiness to her nephew, Riley, by surprising him on his birthday with a Chewy singing telegram. That was her last summer on earth, and he'll never forget that birthday gift from Grace. The way she made the Chewy mask come to life was so amazing! She also loved to make birthdays special by playing Happy Birthday on her violin. Our grandson Caleb added to our walk down memory lane the cute little tune she'd add to the end of the Birthday song, singing "this is your birthday song, it isn't very long."
Oh, how our Grace Emily loved to get dressed up for her birthdays with just the right amount of bling - selecting the perfect outfit, accessories, jewelry, hair clips, and bows! A fresh painting of her nails by Dad was a must! It was always fun to see what she would come up with and how beautiful she looked.
Grace made her birthdays so lovely for us. She displayed such a joy opening her gifts, it didn't matter what you gave her, it was extra special to her. We'd try to bless her on her birthday, yet her birthday was just as joyful for us as it was for her. There was such a radiance about her; any and every moment with her was precious.
“Grace dancing with Elvis ‘John’ for her last birthday - September 22, 2021”
In fact, the day after her birthday she'd already begin the countdown until her next one! Most of us don’t want to be a year older, but Grace looked at birthdays as a blessing from above!
It's surreal looking back on her 18th and 19th birthdays, when Jessica reminisced that as part of her birthday wish, Grace wished both years for a ticket to Heaven so she could go visit Travis, her big, handsome brother, as she called him, and then come back to us.
There's no birth like spiritual birth, and boy did Grace get that in a very tangible way! More than most we believe. She knew so completely that God was her Heavenly Father, and so she affectionately called us her earthly parents.
As surely as the sun rises and sets, our beautiful Grace lives on, not just in Heaven, but in our hearts. AND, as we now know, in many of your hearts as well. Heavenly Father, please give her a big hug from us!
Happy Birthday Grace Emily!
We love and miss you so much!

September was National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month
We sadly lost our loving 30-year-old son, Travis to suicide in 2018. What we have learned about suicide is that most people do not want to die but want to end their pain. Travis had pain, both physical (from a small portion of a tumor left in his spine intentionally so as not to risk being paralyzed) and mental (from a combination of meds that we now know cause pain and much more trouble)!
We have since attended Suicide Prevention Walks and meetings. Survivors of attempted suicides shared vital information. Many signs are given by those considering suicide. We need to be aware of these signs and not be bashful to ask our loved ones if they feel safe, and act on things we see that seem so out of character. They can, and will, justify the changes observed. Be watchful and concerned.
Immediate Risk:
Talking about wanting to die or to kill oneself
Looking for a way to kill oneself, such as searching online or obtaining a gun
Talking about feeling hopeless or having no reason to live
Serious Risk:
Talking about feeling trapped or in unbearable pain
Talking about being a burden to others
Increasing the use of alcohol or drugs
Acting anxious or agitated; behaving recklessly
Sleeping too little or too much
Withdrawing or feeling isolated
Showing rage or talking about seeking revenge
Displaying extreme mood swings
The next few months, heading from Fall into Winter, are found to be critical as we have less sunlight and longer periods of colder weather. People are not getting together as often either and this can also be detrimental to anyone battling depression or anxiety. Please watch for these signs and reach out for help for yourself or someone around you. YOUR LIFE MATTERS TO SO MANY! The devil wants you and them to think otherwise. They need us as much as we need them!
Put on the full armor of God and fight for yourself and your loved ones (Ephesians 6:10-18)
We can also all be more helpful by taking part in a Suicide Prevention Training called QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer). Just as people are trained in CPR, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone who needs help. QPR Institute has many online QPR training courses available. Your local Suicide Prevention support group may also offer a course from time to time, as ours does here in the Fox Cities.
Don't be afraid to open up and ask for help! You are loved, you are not alone, be here tomorrow, cont;nue, you matter! Be the Light in the darkness! Light Overcomes Darkness. There are people around you who care about you. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 988 to reach free and confidential support or text HOPELINE to 741741.
More can be found at: AFSP-American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. There is a lot of information to help get educated on how to find help and to help others feeling suicidal.

What Have We Learned Regarding Suicide?
Since Grace’s murder we have learned that suicide in the United States is also by design. In Scott's research on medical murder, he uncovered a document written in 1967 that says one goal is to increase chronic depression in society. When Scott worked with Vera Sharav to explain the connection with the first Holocaust, Vera connected the dots and explained that the entire psychiatry movement is meant to experiment on people with drugs.
So, it is very important to realize that the medical idol in the United States, which is designed to push drugs on people, is part of the problem and not part of the solution.
God is still in charge. We can always lean on Him, even when Satan puts temptations in front of us.
September Deprogramming Episodes, including the brand-new Medical Murder 7-part series we just launched:
Medical Murder is the # 1 Cause of Death in the U.S. 7-part series:
Think about it. People are too expensive; the planet doesn’t have enough resources. If Satan is successful at selling these lies, what we see happening in real time fits like a glove. This project is a culmination of thousands of hours of research since Grace’s death. For those of you who have been following our story, you know Scott has become a full-time advocate. When he’s not sharing the story on multiple platforms, he’s working on the legal case, with the balance and lion’s share of the time researching. This research project can hopefully be used for God’s glory to wake people up. The seven parts follow the way we should investigate to find the truth: Who, What, Where, Why, When, How, and Now What. We hope you enjoy the series. The detailed research will be posted on the home page at OurAmazingGrace.net. Each monocast is designed to give you a taste and hopefully motivate you to dig deeper.
More to come…
Beautiful Grace, you were so special on this earth and bless so many!
Happy Heavenly Birthday dear Grace, you did not die in vein, you will change how the world see the medial murder of millions and you will help to right all the wrongs done to them. God Bless you and your family.
