As US Senator Baldwin from WI has criticized Ascension Health on excess focus on investments, perhaps people should think about what legislation here should be tightened or changed that may have helped protect this murdered darling, as now is the time she is running for re-election.
I feel that Ascension Health obviously is incompetent at best or willfully grossly negligent at best due to the alleged fact that it did not question and revisit the source of their alleged DNR which in itself appears to be a separate act of fraud. Ascension's failure to question that DNR or to allow it to be removed once it was rejected as legitimate by the family sounds like intentional murder to me. Then we have the toxic and lethal combination of pharmaceuticals, some of which contained black box warnings, and this is at least coincidence number 3 and adding up the violations of scientific evidence based medicine. I suggest the family consider engaging the expert testimony in their lawsuit of Dr. Paul Alexander MD PHD etc. from Alexander COVID News <palexander@substack.com> who is one of the top evidence based medicine experts in the world who formerly worked for WHO and for the Trump Administration in DHHS to provide evidence based medicine facts to the "COVID-19 pandemic" but was pushed out of the way by non-cooperative Dr. Fauci and others.

I know that Grace's murder will serve as a template to stop hospital killing protocols, and I hope that some doctors and nurses lose their licenses and serve jail time for this - after all, malpractice does not cover battery or murder.

I think of Grace often, and I think it's high time that the many who have suffered ,and have also been murdered in this fashion need to bring on the lawsuits. Americans who still have a soul will rise up to support this cause!
Ascension Health operates facilities in which employees are paid salaries to treat patients. If Ascension denies employing these employees, Ascension should at least have some concept of who it is that employs the employees. If I were Schara's lawyer I'd seek discovery into this fact, because it is improbable that Ascension would lack such knowledge. I do not see how this legal tactic is helping Ascension's case.
Frankly it sounds like something Scientology would say.

That's exactly what I was saying - they are apparently admitting that they have nothing to do with health care.
