Below is my transcript of a video by Dr. Pam Popper, with images taken at the time of her statements. Emphases are mine, and I also added an outline to this one.
For those of you who have not heard of Dr. Pam Popper, she is an internationally recognized expert on nutrition, medicine, and health. She founded and is Executive Director of Wellness Forum Health, which offers patient and professional development programs that focus on health instead of sick care.
Dr. Popper happens to read a notice from her medical insurance company.
Dr. Pam starts this video by remarking on how Meta (formerly Facebook):
“… collects data from the websites of medical institutions, including the medical records of doctors who are employed by these institutions.”
Dr. Pam Popper’s Video(Emphases are my own)
And it is reasonable to infer that Meta isn’t the only company that is doing this. And I am sure that Meta, formerly called Facebook, is not the only institution doing it. And I don't think any of us knows where this data can end up, and the consequences of having big tech have access to it. But I think I figured out a few of the places that might. I'll get to that in a minute.I receive notices from my medical company, Medical Mutual. I don't pay much attention to them. I haven't seen a doctor since 1994, so all these reminders about check ups and screening tests - that's just background noise for me.But last week I got a document from Medical Mutual, entitled, “Notices of Privacy Practices”
Now, because I have been covering some of this stuff, I thought I would take a look at it.
And I was flabbergasted and apalled, both!
I'm going to share with you some of the highlights of it.
And it starts out at the top of the document, with nothing to do with anything to worry about. They of course collect medical history through claims, labs, and other results that are submitted for medical control by providers.
And that information is provided by employers, if I am part of a plan, which I'm not.
Medical Mutual can use and disclose information for treatment. The company can share information with a provider to help that provider administer treatment.
Now that's gets a little bit murky in my mind, whether or not permission is granted, and that is still, you know, making me a little bit nervous.
Of course, “Claims include treatment administered for reimbursement.”
We all know that stuff, right? But here is where a, we get to stuff that I find a little bit concerning.
“Healthcare operations" is a category. “Quality assessment” and “peer review” and “credentialing of providers”, “care coordination”, “data and info systems”.
For example, Med Mutual:
“… may discuss with your doctor a disease management or wellness program appropriate for your condition.”
No this is vague, and I can think of several ways that this could be concerning, like the insurance company telling my doctor, if I had a doctor, how to treat some thing like Covid.
The most concerning however, in my opinion, was this category called,
“as required by law“, which includes: “to comply with legal proceedings such as court orders, administrative orders or subpoenas to provide mandatory licensing and regulatory compliance reporting…”
(So, I assume that means healthcare licensing, physician licensing)
“… to law enforcement officials, for limited law enforcement purposes…
I’m trying to figure out why law enforcement… might need access to my health data?
Really?
“… to federal officials for lawful intelligence, counter intelligence, and other national security purposes.”
Now, if you read our lawsuits against EcoHealth, Ajak (sp), and his buddies, will be really chill because the intelligence services and lots of people involved with what happened with the making of this virus and all that kind of stuff.
And then,
“… to public health authorities and public health purposes…”
Like the health directors of the states who locked us down and closed schools? Or DHHS which managed the Covid debacle federally? They can access our data?
“… to health oversight agencies for health oversight activities authorized by law, like audits, investigations, licensure activities.”
“So, there are some circumstances that are not clearly outlined. Medical mutual can give out my health information to law enforcement officials, public health agencies, employees of intelligence agencies, investigators working for licensure boards, just to name a few.”I am sure your insurance policy has similar language, and we know that Medicare and Medicaid engage in centralized data gathering.
“OK? Of course. Right?
So, my take away from all of this:
I'm really glad I haven't seen a doctor since 1994, because Medical Mutual doesn't know anything about me. Well, maybe it does, but not from anything that I provided.
Uhm. There are good reasons to find cash pay outside of the system. So, pay a PT… I know everybody can't do this. I don't mean to be flippant about it. If you have the ability to pay cash to see you, or a nurse practitioner or some thing, then do it. This would be a good reason why.
If you were in healthcare, this is a good reason to start your own practice. More and more people are going to be looking for you. And when you are operating a cash practice, there is no reporting to anyone.
And then, remember the ICD Codes, the new ones that they added for Covid vaccine status, and there’s millions of like, 1.6 million of these codes. There are all kinds of things.
If you do you have a doctor that takes reimbursement, do not answer questions that are outside of what is pertinent for the reason, true the reason why you were there for the visit. You can assume that anything you say could end up in databases like the ones I'm describing here. And agencies, government agencies, and that sort of thing, and that information can be used for nefarious purposes. In fact, based on the behavior on local, state, and federal governments over the past few years, we can kind of assume that they have nefarious intentions.
I think assuming the worst is probably not a mistake. Anyway, for whatever reason I finally decided to pay attention to and mail piece from Medical Mutual, and now I have disclosed all of this, and uhm, and it was, uhm, just a little bit chilling…uhm, to think that …
“We live in an area where a private relationship, my relationship with medical mutual, I am a client. I pay a fee. ”And while I understand they need to know what my doctor did to me, because I have a doctor who needs to be reimbursed there.
I just fail to understand how any justification can be made for giving my data to an intelligence agency, for example. Think about that for just a second. It almost takes your breath away, doesn't it?
So, uhm, with that, umm, it… you know, we are just trying to dismantle all of this and make Americans free again.
I'll throw out an offer choose a group. Help us raise money. We are the people filing lawsuits to take down all of this stuff and we're doing it. We've done a pretty good job about doing things like protecting doctors against licensure attack, and that sort of thing.
So help us. We have an insatiable need for money. And unlike the government, I can't just print money in my basement, so I really need you guys to keep donations coming so we can start groups, raise money. Uhm, the solution to this deep, dark problem where every time you turn around you're saying, "How could this be happening?“ - the solution is lawsuits.
That is the only way that this stops. And withdrawal from the system. You've heard me talk a lot about that. So, check your own insurance policy.
Ask for this information from your own insurance company and see where it's going.
My guess is they're all doing the same thing.
That's it for today. As usual, pass this on to anyone you think would enjoy watching it. I'll be back to you tomorrow with more news!
WHAT I REALLY THINK
THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE DR. PAM POPPER.
I am very grateful that she read her mail and noticed the fine print showing that the electronic medical record could be shared with other doctors, the local government, state officials, and even federal and intelligence officers.I haven't been to the doctor in many years. About three months ago, I canceled my insurance with a major carrier that has the word “blue” in it. I did this because I'm healthier and I never use the doctor. Also, the monthly insurance premiums are absolutely ridiculous.I chose to join a company called Zion Health, a Christian co-op. I hope to never need my insurance and I hope to never need another allopathic doctor or a regular hospital. Not for the rest of my life.
And how many people automatically sign their rights away without reading,,,
Filing a complaint is useless.
