October 30 Grace Schara Wrongful Death Lawsuit Hearing
Landmark lawsuit
Good afternoon,
The David vs. Goliath graphic is included with many of our writings. Why? God gave me this perspective when first speaking out. In 1 Samuel 17, the Bible documents the facts of this historical event. Verse 45 says, “David said to the Philistine, ‘You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.’” Verse 47 says, “All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the Lord saves; for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.” Submitting to Satan’s legal system is no picnic, especially when the defense is armed with $30,000,000,000 in cash, insurance policies paying for legal fees, and unheard-of legislative protections. However, this is a door God opened. This is His battle which we continue to diligently prepare for.
Last week Friday, I had a long meeting with the legal team to finalize preparation for the October 30 hearing. By way of history, the chain of events leading up this hearing are as follows:
April 11: Lawsuit complaint filed
May 15: All defendant’s responded to complaint; one defendant attorney filed a partial motion to dismiss
July 14: Hearing on partial motion to dismiss; Judge set three-week jury trial beginning November 4, 2024
July 28: Our amended complaint filed, as part of the agreement from July 14 hearing
August 17 and 25: In response to amended complaint, defendant attorneys filed another partial motion to dismiss and a motion to dismiss
October 23: Our Brief in Opposition filed in response to August 14 and 25 motions
October 30: Hearing scheduled to hear arguments
We are exceptionally well prepared. The team has done a great job discerning the lies and arguments put forth by defendants who don’t have the truth on their side.
This hearing will presumably decide whether all five charges of our complaint will be heard at the jury trial. If there is going to be real justice for Grace, and millions of others, it is imperative for the entire case to be heard by the public. This hearing is the most important step in this case, to date.
We continue to push forward with our public message and appreciate all of your support. We’re asking for your help, once again.
Our family is planning on being to the courthouse at 1:30 p.m. to greet supporters and pray before entering the facility. We encourage you to bring signs, but do not bring them into the courthouse. It will be critically important to pack the courtroom like we did with the first hearing, when we were blessed beyond belief!
Based on the experience with the July 14th hearing, the legal team has asked us to communicate the importance of complete silence during the hearing for those attending (including cellphones off).
Also, per Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules, audio and video recording is not allowed inside any Wisconsin Courtroom. The media may be allowed to record but must make an advance request in writing for media access to the Clerk of Courts.
If you can personally attend, we’d appreciate it. Showing public support is a very important element to this case. More importantly, please continue to pray. We know God‘s hand is on Grace’s case as He continues to open doors. We pray for His guidance and protection as we continue down this legal road to bring justice to Grace, and sadly so many others. As we get closer to exposing the truth regarding hospital murders, to the general public, the tests of faith will continue to escalate.
Thank you!
