OMW--what exactly is "discovery" is that a bunch of lawyers hashing over the "facts/evidence"? Why does it take SO LONG for the "wheels of justice" to turn? A whole year before a jury trial? Well...it's a few days before the GENERAL ELECTION - how much does that portend the outcome? Only our Creator God knows!!

Did you see this famous lawsuit that a family brought against the Johns Hopkins Childrens' Hospital in FL? The jury only deliberated for 16 hours and a $220M award was the jury's judgment!! I'm sure it will be "appealed", but I pray more and more parents will move forward to bring some form of "justice" to the horribly corrupted "corporate medicine/huge pharma/corrupt governance agencies conglomerate that citizens now must guard against in our "technologically advanced" culture!
