Promises Broken: Consequences Coming
Think back to a time when you lied to someone. Imagine what it felt like while you were lying – the knot in your stomach and the dry mouth you might have had. Was your heart rate increasing? Did your palms sweat? Did your eyes give you away as you veered from direct eye contact? Were you caught then, or did it happen further down the road eventually? Was there a consequence to your lie? Should there have been?
This is the situation we find ourselves in when thinking about the lies told to us leading to Grace’s death at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton, WI on Oct. 13, 2021. There were medical personnel there who looked us in the eyes, who exuded all the confidence in the world, who wanted to steer us in a direction that was best for them, not Grace. They determined that since we didn’t adhere to their scientific dogma of Remdesivir, a ventilator, and a COVID-19 “vaccine” that lying to us was the best course of action for them. They appear to have thought there would be no discovery of their lies, no consequences. It’s curious to wonder how fast their hearts were beating as they lied to us. How sweaty their palms were. How dry their mouths were behind their ridiculous face masks.
At first, we believed what happened to Grace was the exception. Now, we know Grace’s death was one of 1.2 million hospital killings in the supposed Covid era, and is part of a larger euthanasia agenda legally codified on March 23, 2010 with Obamacare. So, our fight has become for all the families who are now without loved ones because our government doesn’t believe noncontributing members of society deserve to live.
In chapter 6 of the book of Proverbs, Solomon talks about how the malicious man plots with perversity in his heart, and such a man is worthless. How many of those doctors and nurses, pharmacists and administrators knew what they were doing to Grace, and the many others, as her body slowly gave out due to the powerful, contraindicated drugs that were coursing through her veins and arteries? Did they plot this? Did our government? Solomon continues:
Proverbs 6: 16-19
16 The Lord hates six things;
in fact, seven are detestable to him:
17 arrogant eyes, a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
18 a heart that plots wicked schemes,
feet eager to run to evil,
19 a lying witness who gives false testimony,
and one who stirs up trouble among brothers.
When our day in court arrives – and it will – it will be interesting to see just how many of these seven detestable things will be in the hearts and lips of the defendants. Ultimately, no matter what happens in that courtroom, the real judgment awaits when they’re face-to-face with their loving Creator who has to review their lives of evil deeds, arrogant eyes, plotting, and shedding of innocent blood and ask them why they did what they did; and why they didn’t turn from their evil ways and ask for forgiveness. That is the only way out of the misery of sin. Repentance. It’s not too late for everyone who played a role in Grace’s death. It’s not too late for the doctors and nurses who lied to us. It’s not too late for the pharmacist who overrode the warnings so Grace could be given the deadly cocktail. It’s not too late for the administrator who wanted Grace’s bed for a better paying patient. It’s not too late for the doctor who knew his actions would kill Grace. It’s not too late for the security guard who prevented anyone from coming in to help when we begged. It’s not too late for the tens of thousands of medical staff in similar positions who have assisted in the death of millions over the years. It’s not too late. You can be forgiven. While Grace’s lawsuit is about shedding light on the evil that has taken the lives of millions, it is also about repentance. God is calling each of you to repentance because He still cares and forgives.
He is also a God of consequences and consequences must be, and will be had, either in this lifetime or the next.
Oaths Disregarded
The fact of the matter is all of these people broke their oath. In an America 1st Production of director Jeff Wagner’s film, Breaking the Oath: Unauthorized, he covers how the medical atrocities of the past (i.e. human experimentation, eugenics and euthanasia) are happening still today as oaths to do no harm are disregarded in favor of financial bonuses and career security.
We were honored to have a packed house screening of the film at the Get Reel Cinema in De Pere, Wis., on May 21.
After the screening, we took part in a question and answer session and encouraged people to have their documentation prepared in case they ever need to go to a hospital for any reason. This is vital moving forward as laws already exist to protect us, but hospitalists, administrators, and medical personnel disregard the law continuously and consistently. It’s up to each individual to take their health into their own hands by ensuring their files are in order before a hospital visit presents itself.
The film’s description states: “…exposes the truth many can't bring themselves to believe or accept. Covid was intentionally developed, released and spread to reduce the earth's population! What's more, the treatment protocols and the vaccine are the tools of this satanic evil, resulting in the deaths of millions. The UN and the World Economic Forum have openly plotted and initiated this demonic medical tyranny as part of a detailed and deliberate plan to destroy western civilization. Like Adolf Hitler announcing his insane intentions in his book 'Mein Kampf', these evil and demonic madmen have put their plan in writing! Yet, the majority of people ridicule those who have educated themselves and know the truth. 'Breaking the Oath' centers around Grace Schara, a vibrant, happy nineteen-year-old who was needlessly murdered on October 13, 2021, by Covid treatment protocols that were created to kill. Millions have been murdered in the name of Covid as a part of this demonic plan.

Ascension Health Continues to Deny Culpability for the Death of Grace Schara
Flush with Billions in Cash, American Medical Conglomerate Aims to Evade Accountability in Landmark Lawsuit Over Death of Disabled Wisconsinite
Above is the title of a recent press release. The defendants were required to respond to the lawsuit by May 15. The hospital’s response was almost complete denial. Per the press release, “Ascension Health, a lucrative but tax-exempt healthcare conglomerate under increasing Congressional and media scrutiny for its failures to provide adequate medical care at many of its hospitals, has issued a startling response to a landmark lawsuit regarding its role in the death of Grace Schara, a 19-year-old with Down syndrome. Ascension’s response was filed in the Circuit Court of Outagamie County, WI, on May 15th. The tax-exempt and suspiciously profitable healthcare mega corporation—flush with billions of dollars of cash received through CARES Act “bonus payments” and “COVID death payments” funded by the American taxpayer—continues to deny any responsibility whatsoever for Grace’s disturbing death.”
By way of background, we filed our Summons and Complaint on April 11. All defendants responded with an ‘Answer to Complaint’ on May 15. The next steps include state required mediation, and our response to their Answers. The scheduling of the case can then proceed. Our legal team was expecting precisely what we received on May 15. As is often said, “The only ones who get rich in a lawsuit are the attorneys.” Why? The legal mischief in the Answers received, that’s why.
Some quotes from Ascension’s Answer to the Summons and Complaint, so you get the flavor:
· “In answer to Paragraph 6 of the Complaint, deny that Ascension Health directly provides health care services. Deny that Ascension Health employs any Defendant or any member of the hospital staff involved in the care of Grace Schara. Deny that Ascension Health played any role relative to any of the allegations of this lawsuit.”
· “In answer to Paragraph 40 of the Complaint, deny that Scott Schara was ‘removed’ from the hospital. Further deny that Grace Schara was ever ‘without family present or advocacy for about 30 hours’ or any period of time.” [legal shenanigans on full display]
· “In answer to Paragraph 66 of the Complaint, deny that the hospital’s nursing staff ever refused to assist Grace Schara or any other patient at any time.” [Note: Ascension denies employment of staff, yet says, “hospital’s nursing staff.” They are denying that, after Grace was given morphine at 6:15 p.m., and in spite of repeated requests for help by Jessica and then by Scott and Cindy, all nursing staff stood outside Grace’s door and refused to even come in the room.]
· Quite a shock is Affirmative Defense 6: “Any and all injuries or damages sustained by Plaintiffs may be a direct and proximate result of the negligence and/or decisions made by Plaintiffs.” [you can’t make this up]
Surprisingly, Ascension agreed Grace was admitted to the hospital and also admitted, “In answer to Paragraph 74 of the Complaint, admit that Grace Schara passed away.”
It is significant to note in Ascension’s legal response is the lack of a countersuit on the grounds of libel, slander, or defamation against Scott, despite the fact that the Schara family has launched a much-publicized billboard campaign in the Appleton, WI area. Scott has been accusing Ascension and various parties of murdering Grace, including through his appearances on hundreds of media outlets.
Ascension has come under severe scrutiny in its desire to avoid accountability. The Catholic non-profit hospital system’s actions fit a pattern of ‘profits over people.’ The mega-hospital chain has recently been accused by Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) as “operating like a private equity fund” for “squeezing staff, closing facilities, and extracting cash from its member hospitals for dubious ‘management fees’” to “advance its investment activities and provide compensation to its executives.” Likewise, a 2022 exposé by The New York Times which brought Ascension’s malfeasance to the mainstream. Senator Baldwin’s letter is outstanding and should be distributed far and wide. Non-profit status needs to go. It’s a scam to evade paying taxes in nearly every situation - legal money laundering. My stomach turned reading her letter although none of it was a surprise. It seems that same letter should go to every Ascension facility. Do we know if she received a response? If she did, likely much of the same BS as contained in the responses to the Schara lawsuit.
You’ve endured so much Scott. I hope you have the strength to survive litigation. Not much saps the life of a person like litigation does, especially against the all-powerful defendants you’re fighting in a completely corrupt judicial system.
This is one of those days where I’m feeling entirely overwhelmed by the magnitude of the corruption and evil that pervades every aspect of our lives. Crying myself to sleep seems like the best option....at least for a few hours...
